Bulk tanks that aren't cleaned correctly can lead to a high total bacteria count (TBC) in your milk. With the correct wash routine a TBC level of 6 can be achieved on a regular basis.

In areas with hard water, or areas with lime or iron, cleaning the tank properly can be a chore. Our BFS range of detergents are specially formulated to work in areas that have difficult water, and keep your tank in a new condition.

Thermoduric bacteria levels can be high when bulk tanks or milking parlours are not properly washed and sterilized. Use BFS Detergent/Sterilizer to keep control of thermoduric levels in your milk.
